Chad Raitz is the owner and founder of Raitz Automotive Service. Before starting the business in 2002, Chad worked for many years as a technician and service manager in the automotive field. He worked for Ford and VW/Audi, eventually becoming a Volkswagon & ASE Master Technician. His expertise is in advanced engine and electronic diag. General repair and knowledge of just about every make and model of car and light trucks made.

Chad, his wife Suzanne and daughter Anna, live in Kannapolis. They attend church at St. Joesph's Church. Their hobbies include camping at the beach, hanging out with friends and family. Chad also enjoys restoring anything with wheels and an engine, including motorcycles and off-road vehicles.
